ROTARACT DISTRICT 3150
Rotaract came to India, even to Asia in the year 1968 with the Rotaract Club of Secunderabad, being chartered on 2nd April, 1968 from Rotary International District 3150. This is the first Rotaract club to be chartered from Asia.
Today there are more than 50 clubs in the District which are sponsored by Rotary Clubs. The District comprises of 3 Regions namely Twin Cities Region, Telangana Region and Guntur and Prakasam Region.

Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service.
In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. From big cities to rural villages, Rotaract is changing communities like yours.
The Districts of Rotaract Clubs have a team of Rotaractors who guide the clubs in an efficient manner.
The Team of Rotaractors who guide the Clubs is known as District Council. This council is headed by District Rotaract Representative (DRR) and the District Secretary guides the DRR to manage the activities in a fair and efficient manner.
Each club will have club leaders known as Presidents and Secretaries to lead their clubs in an efficient manner
Interact is Rotary International’s service club for young people ages 12 to 18. Interact clubs are sponsored by Rotary clubs (and may be co-sponsored by Rotaract clubs), which provide support and guidance, but they are self-governing and self-supporting.
Club membership varies greatly. Clubs can be single gender or mixed, large or small. They can draw from the student body of a single school or from two or more schools in the same community, and welcome home-schooled students.
Each year, Interact clubs complete at least two community service projects, one of which furthers international understanding and goodwill. Through these efforts, Interactors develop a network of friendships with local and overseas clubs
